Meet our Team

Maika Jung first got involved in animal welfare in 2008 through her own dog Benny, a Eurasier. While Benny was recovering from poisoning, she was looking for a companion dog to help him emotionally. Through an animal welfare organisation she adopted a snow-white female dog – an experience that changed her life.

Over the years, her household grew to five dogs aged 6 to 13. Benny became the pack leader and helped newcomers settle in.

Despite professional and personal challenges, Maika describes her work at Save All Dogs as incredibly fulfilling: 'Bringing a dog and a person together – it's an indescribable feeling when everything works out for everyone involved.'

Hey, I'm Jenny and I get to look after my five fur babies Ida, Elli, Samson, Ariya and Hugo. I've been actively involved in animal welfare since 2009 when Save All Dogs e.V. was founded. My main job is in healthcare, and on the side I work as a mobile dog groomer in the Stuttgart area.

At Save All Dogs e.V. I take care of adoptions, donations, transport and the social media accounts.

Kristin has been with Save All Dogs since 2015. She lives in Meckenheim (NRW) with her family and her dogs.

As a child, she dreamed of having her own dog. After university, she adopted Holly, a mixed-breed dog, through Save All Dogs. Through a neighbour she discovered dog sports – agility, tracking, retrieving and scent games.

Three years later, she adopted Layla, a black female dog. Her husband Lennox came into the family through dog sports and discovered his passion for mantrailing.

Nicole, Noelle and Kai have been a family for a long time. They got to know the association members through TVB Stuttgart.

They care for 13 Hermann's tortoises, eight of which they bred themselves. Previously, they looked after the mixed-breed dog Luna for nearly ten years.

Kai and Nicole work in the civil service. Their daughter Noelle works in a pet shop and hopes to train as a zookeeper at Wilhelma.

Christin works as a legal assistant, Florian as a tool mechanic. Together they have three children.

In April 2021, they adopted their first rescue dog Meeko from Croatia. 'He ran curiously towards our kids, rolled onto his back and let them cuddle him – that's when we knew he was the one.'

Through their neighbour Jennifer, they found their way to Save All Dogs. Christin handles adoptions and helps wherever she's needed.

Anne supports the association with social media and photography. More information coming soon.

Bertram works full-time in IT, as well as being a driving instructor and an event photographer since 2010.

He helps with photographing the dogs available for adoption, with transport and with the website.

Anja serves as auditor, ensuring the association's financial transparency.
